SHIPPING POLICY

Poppy-Lux ships from Brandon, Florida. All items are handmade and personalized, so please allow for production time before your order ships.

PROCESSING TIME
- Standard orders: 3–5 business days for handmade production
- Peak seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, holidays): production may take slightly longer
- Rush orders: Contact us for availability

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- After production, orders ship via USPS with tracking and usually arrive in 2–5 business days
- Most standard orders arrive within 7–10 business days total (production + transit)
- Carrier delays can occasionally extend transit times beyond our control

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at always.asc@poppy-lux.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
