RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Poppy-Lux, we take pride in creating personalized, made-to-order sublimation products just for you. Because each item is custom-made with your unique design, name, or photo, we have the following policy:

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All personalized items (tumblers, t-shirts, blankets, and other sublimation products) are made to order and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item was made incorrectly (wrong name, wrong image, wrong size that differs from what was ordered)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at always.asc@poppy-lux.com with photos of the issue. We will remake or refund the item at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-7 business days for production of custom items, plus shipping time. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day), processing may take longer.
